Return & Refund Policy

Because all products from The Peekapoo Sisters™ are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at peekapoosisters@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
